The Ritz Carleton is nowhere near Hayward, WI... But if you're looking for charming, yet rustic get away with spectacular views, QUIET relaxation, and a hand's off approach by the management, then Ross' Teal Lake Lodge is the place to stay. They are dog friendly, kid friendly, and there is an excellent 18 hole golf course attached! The old lodge is very comfortable and the wine list rivals many of the best restaurants in the cities.
