Overall, I think it was a good stay at a decently priced hotel.
I find this hotel to be reasonably priced, good staff & usually an overall decent environment, construction on 1/2 the hotel during my recent stay.
For the town of Hayward..
Also the main hot tub- out of order.
Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms. Was upgraded to a king suite at no extra cost because they were doing remodeling near my original room and the desk clerk thought it might be too noisy for me. Pool and hot tub area clean. They also give you a voucher for a free breakfast in their on-site restaurant. Close to everything in Hayward, all at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this place.
As 4 cleanliness I'd give a 4 outta 5 stars & like I said, 4 Hayward, this hotel is in the top 3.
A perfectly acceptable space for a meeting/ conference/ training. Pool area looks nice. Bar has a decent beer selection
pitty, since that area is great, spacious, clean & quiet.
I asked how long it'd been down, & she shrugged & said about a week...NOT cool!
We also ate breakfast at the restaurant attached to the hotel. I thought the "continental breakfast" items were a little lacking. You get a coupon for the restaurant which entitles you to one free pancake, one waffle or free scrambled eggs and toast. Still, its nice that you at least get something.
As a customer staying during the off season, I feel I could've been offered a room w/a hot tub.
This gorgeous Inn has the best complimentary breakfast I have had in quite sometime. The rooms are esthetically correct. The artwork throughout is beautiful.
Very well kept and clean room- Front desk service was a bit slow. When we checked in there was a line wrapping around the lobby and only one person behind the desk, who was also answering phone calls. We waited at least 20 minutes to check in. When we were checking out, there was no one at the desk at all. I was going to turn in our room keys but instead of waiting went back and just left them in the room.
