Me and my dad spent a week. Rented a boat. And it had good electronics. GPS came in handy finding your way around. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful area. Can't wait to go back
I've been going to Deerfoot my entire life, and it's a fantastic little place. The food is great, the people are friendly, and it has a very enjoyable atmosphere. The new owners have really brought some new life to it as well, with plenty of new events and promotions!

Deerfoot Lodge and Resort on the Chippewa Flowage is by far our favorite place to be every time we go "Up North"! Amanda, Jim and the entire staff are so welcoming and treat us like members of the Deerfoot family! The food is great and the drinks are plentiful! The amenities in the hotel and cabins are top notch. Deerfoot often has exciting special events and parties throughout the year. We love to relax on the deck in the summer, and ride our snowmobiles there in the winter. The sunsets from Deerfoot are gorgeous!
It's a little off the beaten path. Their menu has large selections but they do not have a fryer but that's okay. It's a great place to get away for a week or a day there cabins and their motel rooms are fairly reasonable. Their docs are fairly new they also have boat rentals and motor rentals the fishing on the Chippewa Flowage has been very lucrative in the past years and still is now. They also have bait sales and gasoline for your boat.
