We were really excited about trying this place but have mixed feelings about it. With a group of 7 people 5 felt the food was good,one was nothing special and one was not good. There were multiple sharp bones in the chicken. What really made an impression though was the service. Only one of the wait staff was semi pleasant. The rest gave the impression they would rather be any where else but there...including two employees stationed right next to each other that appeared as though it was taking great restraint to not use the knife on something other than the food. The whole vibe from the employees made for an uncomfortable dining experience.
Service is very good. I've never had a bad experience here. The BBQ is some of the best I've had in the Northland.
First time here and tried this.
Overall it was good. Smokey flavor throughout all the meats but the chicken was a little dry. Best thing on the platter was the pulled pork. Great flavor and was very moist.

I'm a BBQ Fanatic. Also picky. This place is excellent. Brisket is top notch, one of the best I've had. Pork was great but not the best- a bit dry. The 'red' sauce is tasty but not as balanced as the 'blue'....that said, the blue is too watery/not thick like the red. Sides are excellent also, sweet potatoes are spiced perfectly. Corn relish =yum. Beans were my favorite, not too sweet and nice consistency.

Excellent BBQ. It's not Famous Dave's and certainly not the best BBQ I've ever had. The layout is perhaps more reminiscent of BBQ joints of yesterday but the experience is definitely more sterile. Basically good food in an uninteresting establishment.
Prices are steep/portions of meat are small.
