UPDATE: The owner of Timber Ford called and explained everything. When business people (owners AND staff) take time to listen and understand their customers, issues go away fast. The fact that he and his staff responded has changed my mind and made me a loyal customer and one who will recommend Timber to friends and family.

We did have a little minor problem, but , their great service department took care of things. Timber Ford stands behind the vehicles they sell. The used vehicles we bought had a check engine light come on a few days after we purchased it. We drove right in and they had a tech take a look at it immediately. Sales and service is top notch.
