I have always driven a Ford since 1989 but decided to try something else. I identified three cars I wanted to try online and was surprised to find that they could be brought to the Hayward location for me to try them out. I appreciated Pam's personable style and ability to answer questions- great test drives!- a chance to experience the cars as a passenger and as the driver. I love my GM Terrain and believe I got a fair price. I was disappointed that I was unable to have the tires replaced as part of the deal, but overall I am very happy! I will be trying the service department next for my new ride's regular service!
