While driving from Chicago to Drummond, my alternator died and panic stricken I called the dealership and they said they would take me right in. Not only did they take me in as soon as I got there, but they fixed it on the spot. This had the makings of a disaster, but it turned out to be the most positive experience. Everyone was nice, and Randy the mechanic was amazing. If only more businesses were run like this one.
Bought a vehicle last year from them and will not go back. Literally the dealership just wants to sell and not help the buyer look for the correct vehicle. Seriously so disappointed by the transaction. Also i was never offered any type of warranty for the vehicle. It was a 2014 Jeep.
