Great place for snowmobile rentals! Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff makes sure you and your group are comfortable with the sleds and for the inexperienced riders, taking the time to make sure they know how to operate the machines safely. Will definitely rent from these people again!
The snowmobiles I rented were great! We had lots of fun exploring the different trail systems there were to offer. The area is beautiful and we even saw a wolf!
Had a blast on the trails, and the machine was awesome. Everything was explained and easy to understand. Spent quite a few hours and miles on the area trails and would totally love to come back.
Caution is needed with this business. They are embroiled in a lengthy lawsuit that they lost, yet are appealing. 10's of thousands of dollars in attorneys' fees already, and it's over a $2,000 damage repair. They lost in court, because they tried to blame it on a renter, but couldn't prove it. Yet, they appeal. That says alot in itself. Now, this situation. Look at the pic and the response by the business. Now read the snarky responses to people that rate them one star. If you still decide to rent from this business, document the condition of the unit you are renting before you load it up and move it. Go around the whole thing. Make them sign for the damage you find. They just may blame it on you. If you do damage something, they may take a long time to repair it, and charge you for "lost rental fees". You have been warned. EDIT: In response to owner. Your court case is public record which can be obtained by referencing the WI Circuit Court website. As far as the pic I posted, that was publicly posted on FaceBook with her story. So, there was nothing I posted that was "private, confidential, or nefariously obtained".
This was a great bachelor party and Runamukrides helped with the entire event. I will definitely be returning to Wisconsin just to rent from them again!
Had a perfect experience with them. They are extremely friendly people and were extremely courteous and helpful. Prices were excellent. I was the best man for my friend and it was my job to find something fun for his bachelor party. I rented out a 4man UTV for 23 hours and we had a blast! They recommended a route for us, but we winged it and ended up having a great time. We brought our camping gear and found a place to camp down in Lemington.
