I have used Woodland Realty on several occasions over the last 15 years in buying and selling properties. I have found their whole team to be professional, knowledgeable and above all good servants to their buyers and sellers. Hayward has a lot of good realtors but few with the experience and connections that the Woodland team has. I highly recommend them if you are in the real-estate market.
5 years ago we decided we wanted to own a cabin in the Hayward area and as luck would have it Gary Nathan was recommended to us. He was wonderful from the first time we met him to the day we closed. Although we had a hard time finding exactly what we wanted he never gave up. The 15th one was the exact cabin in the woods we were looking for.
We also worked closely with a member of his staff, Amber. She too was very helpful and great to work with.
