Excellent service. I was on vacation and needed a bilge pump replaced and my trim wasn't working. They got me in and out and back on the water in a day. Very professional and fair. Greatly appreciated the way I was treated.

Very friendly, fair, and quick service! I was vacationing near Hayward and "found" an underwater rock pile with my lower unit. Bent the skeg and destroyed the prop. I called ahead and they said "bring it in!" Dropped it off at John's around 10 in the morning and by 4:00 they had replaced the prop, looked over the motor and lower unit, and even lake tested it to make sure everything was fine. They told me the bend in the skeg wasn't serious enough to require immediate attention and to have my local shop fix it during the off season. Honest, fair, fast, and quality. Can't ask for more!
