Little carts for the kids, free coffee and donuts and then there's the staff, Rarely Can you get service so helpful, so knowledgeable and so non-judgemental these days. They don't treat you like a moron if you don't understand something that you're trying to fix yourself. They never upsell either. You get great prices on many products. Quality is greater than that of menards and surprisingly sometimes cheaper. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
