I purchased a pair of Salomon cross country ski boots two years ago and a pair of SWIX cross country ski pants (that I use for inline skating in cold weather) a few months ago. One was an on-line purchase and one was a phone purchase. The staff had good product knowledge and shipments were prompt and correct. Prices are on the high side, but they have products that are hard to find anywhere else.
